Recipe from the kitchen of Mom

You can spread any kind of filling into these tasty crepes and roll them up like a burrito. Try jams, fresh fruits, or our favorite: baked beans. They can also be served alone with a little butter as a snack.
For breakfast or any time!
Even though fledla may be thought of as a morning food, they can be served at any time of the day, even for lunch or dinner!
Ingredients
½ cup flour
½ cup milk
2 eggs
pinch of salt
a little cooking oil
Optional:
butter
baked beans
brown sugar
chopped walnuts or pecans
jams or jelly
Directions
Start by mixing the flour and the milk, beating well until smooth.
Slowly add the eggs and continue to beat well. Include a little salt or pepper if desired.
Add a little more milk if not runny enough, but be careful not to add too much.
Pour a small amount into a heated skillet with a little bit of oil in it, and spread thin.
After the fledla thickens, flip it to the other side with a spatula. Don't overcook.
Serve with the optional items on the side, and let people make their own roll-up creations.
